Welcome to PostUp (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. Support: support@postup.app (placeholder until domain is live). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What the service is
PostUp helps you create branded social posts and website vision drafts for trade businesses. Templates and tools are provided “as is” for your own marketing use.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of photos, logos and text you upload. You must have the right to use them. You grant us a limited licence only to process and display that content so the product can work for you.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or misleading content; to infringe others’ rights; or to attack or overload our systems.
4. Accounts & payments
Paid plans (when enabled) are billed via our payment provider. Free limits may apply. Fees are described on the pricing page. Refunds follow the policy stated at checkout.
5. No guarantees
We do not guarantee leads, sales, wishlist numbers, or ranking on any platform. Output quality depends on your inputs and how you use the tools.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by UK law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be highlighted where practical.
